My tenant let me know the ceiling smoke detector light was off. Well, it’s hardwired with battery backup and it alarms if the battery is out… Turns out directly above it is a vent in the roof where a crack has formed, water was finding its way in and down to the smoke detector. No water dripping around the interior, the only indication was the smoke detector light was out.Had my handyman apply this waterproof roof repair, tested it with some water…looks like it’s worked. Put in a new smoke detector and we’re good to go.I’ll have him go back up and check on it the next time I need to have him out but it looks to have sealed and solved the problem.

Great waterproof/ repair product, great for DIY
This waterproof coating is doing an excellent job. Now that we finally had a few dry days above 50 degrees, we were able to use it.We used it on the foundation of our house to fill in some cracks that had some water leaking. We did both coats and used the tape suggested in the video.The paint mixed easily and very well. It’s very thick but smooth so it went on the wall very easily and spread nicely.The Grey color is actually nice though doesn’t match the foundation so in the true spring we plan to paint the whole area to make it look nice. I imagine it’ll take paint over the top of it well.The leaks have stopped, and it was tested quickly. About 3 days after the project was completed we were hit with lots of rain. We are very happy with the results.

Good sealant for all kind of surfaces.
This paint is good quality which matches the price. I used it to paint the plywood ceiling of my patio trying to make it last longer and it did a good job; just a trial as this can contains very little amount and it only covered 1/5 of my ceiling, – extending the paint the most I could -. If I put another coat on it all the cracks would have been covered easy – which I am planning to do soon -. Although this is intended for roof and floor, It can also extend the life of wooden fences, patio roof, ceilings and more wooden surfaces as well. It comes with a little brush that is actually good enough for the job.

Really easy to apply! I am very pleased with the finished results!
I ordered this transparent coating to seal up my basement walls and it has worked perfectly so far. It’s just a really small can of the stuff, so I figured it would be perfect to do a trial run on the tiny little pantry room in our basement. The water based polyurethane formula was completely odorless which made it very safe and easy to apply in an enclosed indoor space without harsh chemical fumes. It dried down into a totally clear and seamless barrier that completely blocked out the moisture and dampness creeping through the concrete walls. The texture feels super durable! I would say industrial like, leaving a layer that will protect the surface from water damage for many years. Cleaning the walls is a breeze now and it keeps the whole basement feeling dry and looking really nice, without yellowing from any ambient light. It was real simple to brush on, it adheres very well, and I am really pleased with the results! I probably will end up getting some more of this stuff so that I can do more of the basement walls.In my opinion the asking price for this product is really fair and reasonable! I would absolutely recommend this product to my friends and family!!

I got this floor paint to repair the base of my parcel drop box. It looks like just the ticket, in terms of the quantity, as I have to cover an area of about 25 x 40 inches. I like that the description stresses that this can be used in exterior applications, as this drop box is fully exposed on a rural driveway.
