Excellent value, so much easier than putting down real flooring in the shop! My bumpy cement is now smooth. I like that it has the primer and paint and clear coat all in one, saving me so much time from doing all three individually. I love this light gray color, it looks so modern and clean, and I can finally mop my floor! My floor had a bad concrete job, so it was uneven and rough. The finished product looks much more sophisticated than I expected. I opted for the gray marble finish, and the entire garage instantly feels like a commercial showroom or high-end studio. The self-leveling effect is also quite good; as long as the initial floor preparation is done properly, the surface is smooth after leveling, and the reflective effect is quite beautiful. 3 gallons covering 110 square feet is basically as described, and it was just enough for a portion of the garage and near the workbench. I’m also quite satisfied with the curing speed; it dries much faster than regular epoxy floor paint, and you can walk on it normally without waiting too long, which is very convenient for those who don’t want to delay the construction process. The overall material thickness and hardness also seem good. After finishing, the floor is noticeably more resistant to dirt and much easier to clean; dust or oil stains can be wiped away with a simple wipe. This type of epoxy flooring really depends heavily on the initial preparation. If the floor isn’t properly sanded or thoroughly cleaned, the final result will be affected. I initially underestimated the preparation work, resulting in some rework midway through. Secondly, while the material’s fast curing speed is an advantage, it also means a tighter work schedule for first-timers. It needs to be applied as soon as possible after mixing, otherwise it will start to thicken. Another point is that the odor is quite noticeable; it’s best to keep the room well-ventilated on the day of application, otherwise, staying indoors for extended periods can be uncomfortable. Additionally, while the marble pattern effect is very beautiful, without experience, the texture may not look as natural as in the promotional images; some skill is required.
