Overview
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States, excluding remote, hard-to-reach, or special delivery addresses.
Orders are usually shipped within 3 calendar days after the order is received, unless there is an inventory issue, address issue, carrier delay, or other unexpected situation.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a valid tracking number to you by email or through your order page.
Shipping Carriers
We may ship your order using one of the following carriers: FedEx, USPS, Amazon Shipping or other suitable carriers, if needed.
The final shipping carrier will be selected based on the product, delivery address, package size, warehouse location, and carrier availability.
We are unable to guarantee a specific shipping carrier unless we confirm it in writing before shipment.

Free standard shipping applies to most addresses within the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states.
This generally includes addresses in the following area:
The 48 connected U.S. states and Washington, D.C., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and other remote or special delivery locations.
Remote or Excluded Shipping Addresses
Free shipping does not apply to remote, hard-to-reach, or special delivery addresses.

Puerto Rico
Guam
U.S. Virgin Islands
American Samoa
Northern Mariana Islands
Palau
Federated States of Micronesia
Marshall Islands
APO, FPO, and DPO military or diplomatic addresses
P.O. Boxes
Remote islands
Rural or hard-to-access ZIP codes
Addresses classified by FedEx, USPS, Amazon Shipping, or other carriers as remote, extended, limited-access, or surcharge areas
For these addresses, additional shipping fees may apply. In some cases, we may not be able to ship to the address. Please reach out to us if you are located in any of the above areas but would like to place an order.
If your address requires an additional shipping fee, we will contact you before shipment. You may choose to pay the additional shipping fee or cancel the order before shipment.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 calendar days after the order is received.
Please note that processing time is not the same as delivery time. Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier, destination address, weather conditions, carrier workload, and other factors outside our control.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a valid tracking number.
For the purpose of our shipping and refund policies, an order is considered shipped once we provide a valid tracking number to the customer.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after the tracking number is issued.
Delivery Time

Most orders within the contiguous United States are delivered within a reasonable standard shipping timeframe after shipment. However, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect address information, holidays, customs, local delivery restrictions, or other events outside our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees or related costs.
